Courses Taken: HTML 1/2, Intro To Graphic Design, Advanced Graphic Design, Flash Animation and Design, and two Independant Studies on Web/Graphic Design.

My name is Jake Philbrick and I am a Graphic/Web Designer. I have been working with Photoshop for many years now and started using Illustrator last year. I started HTML many years ago, but didn't really get into it until about 3 years ago when i started using XHTML/CSS to code personal websites. I am a fast learner and I like to learn new things every day. I am very proficient in Photoshop and have become very efficient while using the tools. I move though the program very swiftly, but i don't sacrifice quality. I can also theme WordPress, but I'm not an expert on it yet, as I have only done a couple moderate themes. I would have to say that I enjoy the creativity of Graphic Design more than that of Web Design.

I have taken every Graphic and Web Design course my school had to offer, plus two Independent Studies. I have also done a lot of research online for Graphic/Web Design.

I did my Senior Seminar project on Web Design and Development. I set up a slide show to show the rest of the class the basics of setting up your own web page.
